Translating inner thoughts and fears, doubts, and inner reactions into things like visions is always a challenge! The dubbing is very good in English, but I switched to Spanish with English subtitles and felt more comfortable. I’m glad they took the time, because setting the scene is important and it still feels a bit rushed, but I’ll live with sixteen episodes. I’ve read this book three times in my life and it was ok. No expense was spared on locations and sets, which helps set the mood. I’m looking forward to the ethnic issues that are discussed! No censorship please!
